Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled! 24 hours notice for all amendments to appointments will help avoid a cancellation fee! Please note that a 100% service total will be charged for same day cancellation, no-shows, appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or tardiness past 10 minutes. Excessive cancellation or reschedule will result in a nonrefundable deposit for each appointment.
Child Safety
In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, as well as safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise your or other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment.
Sickness
At Presley Nail Studio, I reserve the right to kindly refuse service to any client who appears to be sick. This policy is in place to protect my health and the well-being of other clients, since close contact during appointments can easily spread illness. If you’re feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date when you’re feeling better — your comfort and safety, as well as mine, are my top priority.
Health and Allergy Disclosure
For your safety and the best possible service, I ask that all clients inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions that could affect their nail appointment. This includes conditions such as diabetes, infections, open wounds, or reactions to certain products or ingredients. Knowing this information helps me tailor services appropriately and avoid any potential complications or discomfort. Your honesty and communication are greatly appreciated and ensure a safe, comfortable experience for both of us.
Nail Repairs and Adjustments
I understand that nail breaks and repairs can happen — life happens! Please note that any nail repairs needed after one week of your original appointment will incur a repair fee. Additionally, if the break or damage occurred due to client actions or accidents (such as hitting, lifting, or improper care), the repair will not be covered and will also be subject to a repair fee.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your nails and would like adjustments or changes after your appointment, I’m happy to make those fixes. However, please note that there may be an additional fee to cover the extra time and product used. I take pride in the quality of my work and always aim to ensure you leave happy with your nails, while maintaining fairness for the time and materials involved.
